1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made prior to arrival as per the instructions provided during booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations are subject to our discretion and may depend on the notice period given.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure. Late check-out may incur additional charges.
4. Use of Property
The property must be used for holiday purposes only. No parties or events are permitted unless agreed in advance. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum stated for each caravan.
5. Pets
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly caravans and must be declared at the time of booking. A charge applies per pet. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
6. Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during their stay. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements.
7. Liability
Skegness Retreats accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay, except where required by law.
8. Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards neighbours and staff. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may result in termination of the stay without refund.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
